Return Policy

We at Cal’s Cycle Ltd value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as non-returnable items like perishable goods, or clothing products, are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer support team by email at info@calscycle.ca or text/ call 403.546.4007 to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and/or instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
3. Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- In the event of a mistake on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
