How will I receive my gift card?
After checkout, an email with the digital gift card and unique code will be sent immediately to the recipient. You can also send it to yourself and print it out to put in a birthday or holiday card!

Does my gift cards expire?
Nope! Your gift keeps its full value until it is completely used, no matter how much time passes.

Can I use the card for both bikes and trampolines?
Absolutely. Your gift card is just like cash at Cal’s. It can be used for everything we offer: new and used bikes (analog or electric), expert repairs and tune-ups, and all our trampoline models.

How do I check my remaining balance?
The easiest way to check your balance is to click the "View Gift Card" link in your original gift card email. You can also bring your code into the shop in Linden, and we’ll be happy to look it up for you.

Can I use a gift card to pay for a repair service?
Yes! Gift cards are a great way to cover a spring tune-up or an unexpected flat tire fix. Just show your digital code to the service team when you pick up your bike.

What if I don't use the whole balance at once?
No problem at all. Any leftover balance stays on your card for your next visit. We’ll just deduct the purchase amount, and the remainder is yours to use whenever you’re ready.

Are there any hidden fees?
None. We don't charge activation fees, dormancy fees, or "housekeeping" fees. If you buy a $50 gift card, the recipient gets exactly $50 to spend.

What if I lose my card or email?
No worries, just give us a call and we can resend the digital card to you.
